It's a very central but noisy location. It's fairly rough and ready but ok. The top floor room is pretty good. And all in all the place is ok for the price.

Location was in the city center, very accessible to shops and restaurants. The owner, with her sister, were very friendly and accommodating. You can just approach them anytime for questions, they're there 24/7. Owner also upgraded our room, which was bigger than what we booked. Bathroom sink and shower has heater which were really important as we went on January during Hanoi's winter season. Owner offered us a car service which price was lot affordable than Grab, from their hotel to airport.

The staff members were some of the loveliest people I have met in Vietnam, they upgraded me my room given my health condition as there were lots of stairs to the one I had booked. Upon leaving they also recommended me hotels for my next stop and were overall very accommodating. I couldn't have enjoyed my time more!

The people were very friendly and the location was awesome. When we arrived we got water from the reception which was really heart warming. The air condition also works well.

Top marks for location right in the centre beside the cathedral. The owner Dinna was great too. Room was big and comfy, let down by the shower but it was manageable. I enjoyed my stay.

Mrs Dinh was of great help and I did not expect such a good service. We were late the 2nd time we stayed and she waited for us. She also told us where to get good food and drinks including famous Hanoi coffee. Highly recommend. Clean and comfortable accommodation and very central
