The staff were amazing! My son lost a toy in our car from the airport and the staff managed to locate it and return it to us. All the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable..The rooftop bar was fantastic and the food was great. Can't fault this place and would definitely recommend staying here when in Hanoi.

We had a wonderful stay at Solaria Hanoi Hotel. We were on a cruise and had an overnight stay in Halong Bay. After making our way to Hanoi, we were early, but we're able to leave our luggage and enjoyed a wonderful welcome drink and piece of cake. Liam was so helpful, providing us with tips and very useful information. Our room was beautiful. I have never seen a bed so big. The room was immaculate and furnished very well. We had a great dinner at Mia's. The location was perfect. Liam also arranged our private taxi back to Halong Bay the following morning, which was a lot more comfortable than our Grab journey into Hanoi. I can't wait to return.

I loved our stay here, the room is very clean, comfortable and spacious, the bed is huge. The staff is among one of the most helpful I've ever seen. The breakfast has a lot of different options you can choose from. The rooftop bar is great with a lot of interesting cocktails and happy hour in the afternoon.

The staff are brilliant, friendly and interested in you. The hotel is in a great location 100 yards from Hoan Kiem Lake.

The staff were fantastic, they couldn't do enough for you. Especially Liam, who fitted a Vietnamese sim in my phone as I didn't have the pin to open the sim card tray. He advised us on negotiation tactics with the locals and always enquired as to what we had seen and where we had been. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the breakfast staff were efficient and friendly. There are 2 chilled fresh water jars in the lobby, filled with lemon orange and mint. Just what you need after walking around the streets in 34 degrees. The hotel location is excellent with Hoan Kiem Lake about 100 metres away and Note Coffee a similar distance. Pizza 4Ps is just around the corner and serves excellent Italian food. You just need to reserve a table in advance, which I did via Google. On checking in, you are greeted with cold towels, banana bread and cold watermelon juice and your bags taken to your room. On checking out, we were presented with Vietnamese coffee and filter as the staff waived us off from the front of the hotel. If we visit Hanoi in the future, we will definitely return.

Welcoming introduction to the hotel and Hanoi by Susan supported by delightful staff who couldn't do enough for us. The hotel room was very comfortable and the breakfast delicious. The location is excellent for access to the old town and it's a short walk to the feature lake in the centre of the city. All told it was a lovely 3 nights in a vibrant city.
