Location just need to cross over to the train station departing to Sa Pa.

We had a big room for three people overlooking train station which was clean and comfortable And convenient as we were catching the train to Ninh binh great bed

Great location to take overnight train to Sapa, directly across the road from station. Great room and features. Nice bar/restaurant. 10 minute walk to train street.
