The hotel is in a great location right in the heart of the old town, convenient for sightseeing. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, always ready to assist. The breakfast is varied and delicious, very commendable. The room is clean, comfortable, although it seems a bit small but very cozy and comfortable. Very satisfied with the experience here

Small hotel on the very quiet street in the city Center, it was perfect for relaxing, big bed, clean room, only sometimes elevator didn’t work. Really nice stuff, breakfast was served in the hostel nearby and it was good, both pho and continental. We booked extra airport pick up and the driver was very careful

I was very satisfied with my stay. The staff here are very enthusiastic and friendly, they helped me arrange my trip thoughtfully. The room is clean, comfortable and fully equipped. Very friendly personnel and ready to help. We organised through them also a tour at the last moment and were very satisfied. They organise also transfer from and to the airport (for an additional cost) which is handy especially during night or early morning. The position is perfect,right into the heart of the city center but in a quiet street that avoids noise during night. Very clean rooms, which have as complimentary both tooth brush and paste (on top of normal coffee, tee, etc). Each day they put us in the room 1 fresh water bottle each.

I just stayed at Skyline Hotel Hanoi and I was very satisfied with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the hotel's reception space. The receptionist was very warm, the staff was friendly and enthusiastic, always ready to support all customer requests. My room was spacious, clean and fully equipped with modern amenities. The bed was very comfortable, helping me have a good night's sleep after a long day. I was also particularly impressed with the bathroom which was fully equipped with high-quality personal care products and had a bathtub. The hotel's location is extremely convenient, right in the city center, close to famous attractions, restaurants, cafes and shopping centers. This helps me save travel time and easily explore interesting places in the area. The breakfast at the hotel is rich and delicious, with many vegetarian and pure Vietnamese dishes. In particular, I like the airy restaurant space, helping me start a new day full of energy. I will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to friends and family. The staff were very friendly and professional, helped us book a trip to Ha Long Bay, Ninh Binh, we stayed quite a while and booked different times. Ideal for those who want to explore the central area without worrying about transportation

I just had a wonderful stay at Skyline Hotel Hanoi! The room was very clean, comfortable and fully equipped. What impressed me most was the quietness of the hotel, providing a perfect relaxing space right in the middle of the bustling neighborhood. The hotel staff were very professional and friendly, always ready to support all my requests. The breakfast at the hotel was rich and delicious, providing an energetic start to the day. The hotel location is also very convenient, close to famous tourist attractions and just a few minutes walk from eateries and shops. I will definitely come back here in the future and highly recommend this hotel to everyone when coming to Hanoi. Thank you to the hotel team for providing a great experience!

Great staff and location, quite cozy room. We only booked for one night, but then found everything so good, so decided to stay another four nights, really liked the hotel. And will definitely come back
