Very helpful as we had a problem with our original booking and Skylark had availability which we booked 20 minutes before arriving and they were very accommodating. The staff were friendly.

The hotel was in an amazing location, we had 5 nights in Hanoi which was really fun. The staff were very helpful and shared some tips of places to see and local places to eat and food to try.

The reception Alva and Thuy were absolutely outstanding by far the best I've encountered! They were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Their professionalism and attention to detail were truly remarkable.
