great hospitality, great services, friendly staffs, easy to communicate even with language barriers, they will give you the best service and advice accordingly. Very recommended places to stay as it's in the centre of the town. Nearer to bank/atm and a lot of places to eat nearby.

The staff was amazing. We were very satisfied with the accommodation, very helpful staff, especially Henry, who gave us good advice on what to see in Hanoi and the surrounding area. He arranged everything for us. The breakfast was great. The train street is nearbly.

Rooms are big, modern and quiet. All you need. Location is the best I had in Hanoi, narrow and typical street, where you can see real life. And near everything in old quarter. You are in the heart of old quarter. Staff is so nice and breakfast is very good (you can order as in a restaurant)
