Great Hotel in central Hanoï old district, in a small quiet street, room for a familly of 4 was super confortable, staff super friendly especially Jen at the réception, breakfast is great, the breakfast place becomes a toproof restaurant in the evening which is well worth dining

The location was perfect to explore the old town. Also, it was great to receive a voucher for a massage. Very relaxing after the long flight. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Good location, close to the old quarter. Breakfast was ok. We had a late flight so could use the shower facilities in the spa. Room was smaller than we were expecting. We booked airport pick up and drop off through the hotel

・Breakfast is delicious and varied, and the menu changes a little each day. ・The staff is friendly, service-oriented, and very quick to reply to emails. ・Cocktails at the SkyBar were delicious! ・The spa has a nice atmosphere and friendly staff.

Location was fantastic. Walking distance to most places and easy for grab or red bus and electric car if you don't want to walk like us. Staff were amazing and very helpful. We arrived late and didn't bother us for payment etc.. asked us to rest and settle next day. Breakfast was very good and staff were amazing. A very good hotel in hanoi. I will definitely return.

Everything about my stay was great here. The rooms are great, facilities etc. The staff are absolutely exceptional in every way and there is an extremely good vibe at this hotel.
