The staff are amazing people, so helpful and kind ,what ever you ask of them they will do there best to do for you , Beautiful breakfast, Location is perfect , they can arrange transport and we had no issues with it overly cars and drivers, I would highly recommend this hotel, Especial thank you to Flora for all the help she gave to us when we had an issue with my phone, While we were in vietnan we stayed in this hotel at the start of our holiday, and at the end of our trip, Thank you Scent hotel.

Absolutely beautiful hotel right in the heart of the old town. Staff could not do enough for you and always provided water or juice before hading out for the day. Room had lots of space and facilities were excellent - highly recommend

From the moment the reception lady opened the door to the great breakfasts and welcoming smiles, helpful front desk folk and smooth check out , all was excellent. Hotel wonderfully placed for walking around Hanoi . Thank you

Great location walkable for most of Hanoi’s sights. Good breakfast options and friendly staff. Great to have this level of comfort after a long flight.

Fantastic location near the heart of the old quarter but the street was still fairly quiet. Beautifully designed hotel. Staff went above and beyond with their service. Great view from the rooftop bar and the cocktails were delicious

A small but very friendly hotel. Breakfast was delicious and level of service unbeatable. Very close to restaurants, massage spots and sights.
