We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Royal Holiday Hanoi Hotel and wanted to share our wonderful experience. The hotel was impeccably clean, and we was particularly impressed with the interior design of the rooms. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the overall ambiance was relaxing and inviting. The strong internet connection was also a great convenience. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to tourist attractions and a variety of restaurants. The hotel offering a delicious breakfast and freshly prepared options each morning. Most importantly, the staff were exceptionally accommodating, friendly, and kind. They went out of their way to ensure my needs were met and provided excellent recommendations for activities and things to do. We highly recommend the Royal Holiday Hanoi Hotel to anyone visiting the area.

A Wonderful Stay! Highly recommend. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with the front desk staff greeting me with warm smiles and helpful information about the area. The location of the hotel is fantastic and perfect! Not crowded street but walkable to main street like Hoan Kiem Lake and its part of Old Quarter area. It’s conveniently situated near popular attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas and night market area making it the perfect base for exploring the city. I loved being able to walk to so many places without the need for a car. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. Our room was well-maintained, with fresh linens and a tidy bathroom. It was clear that the staff takes pride in their work and ensures that everything is in top condition for guests. One of the highlights of my stay was the staff. They were not only professional but also genuinely friendly and eager to assist. Whether it was providing directions, recommending local eateries, or simply checking in to see how my stay was going, their helpfulness made a significant difference. Overall, our experience was exceptional. I will definitely be returning and recommending this hotel to friends and family. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Hotel Review: I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel that truly exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. What really stood out to me was the excellent service provided by the staff, particularly Ms. Huyen and Kevin. They were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. From the moment we arrived, they were there to assist us with everything we needed, including arranging our tours, booking our sleeper bus, and even picking us up from the airport. Their recommendations for tours were fantastic; we had an amazing experience with the Dragon King group and thoroughly enjoyed our day trips to Ninh Binh and Ha Long Bay, which were all perfectly organized by the hotel. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place that offers not only a great location but also exceptional service. You can count on Ms. Huyen, Kevin, and the rest of the staff to make your stay truly memorable.

The service was great, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I love the maps they have for guests, one with the whole area and another with recommendations of what to do and eat. They gave a very cute tote bag too. The location of the hotel is in Old Quarters, which is great with the proximity to the night market. The room was cosy and comfortable and love that it comes with aircon and ceiling fans.
