The stuff was really nice and friendly, always with a smile on their faces. They gifted us a small desserts plate and it was very kind😃 The room was huge and very comfortable and the location is great also

Clean, new furniture. The hotel is clean and beautiful, the staff is enthusiastic, the mountain view is very beautiful, our group loves this villa, it is convenient to move from Hanoi.
