awesome location, really lovely and friendly staff, and very comfortable. We stayed in the superior double room with no window, and it was small but comfortable. The breakfast was quite lovely and we were very close to shops and local food.

Very well located close to Lake Hoan Kiem. Modern, well appointed, with pleasant helpful staff. Breakfast choices were very varied and fresh. The swimming pool was appreciated after hot days outside.

The hotel is situated in the centre, in the old quarter. The staff is very polite and helpful. The breakfast room was amazing with a spectacular view. I loved the breakfast choices. The bed was comfortable.

This was my third stay in this hotel. This time we stayed in Junior suite (more spacious, amazing view), which is far better than previously booked Deluxe room (small, with internal window). The hotel is situated in the center, in the old quarter. The staff is very polite and helpful. The breakfast room was amazing with a spectacular view. I loved the breakfast choices. The staff was very kind to store our luggage during our 2-day trip around Vietnam, before we checked back in. I would love to return (to the room of same kind).

Return stay for me and as always the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel in the Old Quarter is amazing. The room was very comfortable and had all the amenities I was expecting. The billiards room and rooftop was such a bonus. There is a pool also if you're keen on that. I had a small balcony for sitting outside and taking in the Hanoi atmosphere from. Would definitely consider staying again on my next trip.
