Staff was really nice and gently . He drove us with the motorbike to the Bus Station. Big room and big beds, enough Space. Is located near the city Center , easy to Go with geh Bus . Food and Supermarket next to the Hotel . Really friendly recepcionist :) thanks a lot ,would stay another time here.

The staff is amazing. I stayed in this hotel already for second time and they even remembered me after two years! Amazing! Very helpful even with getting you a ride by moto if needed, very fair and caring :) I prefer staying in Longbien... less touristy, more real full of locals :) you get all for a good prize :)

Friendly staff. Location is great to be outside of tourist area and more local residency. Stayed here many times before. Can do laundry.

Staff spoke very little English but used translate to help us as much as possible. Large room with tv Aircon and fan Wardrobe Balcony
