It was close to eateries and convenience stores. Most tourist places was easily accessible by walk. The reception desk helped with arranging tours.

- Convenient hotel - Good budget - Breakfast - Clean rooms, sleep good. - Shower with really hot water ! (comparing 3 hotels I have done in Hanoi during my trip, this one have real hot water) - They don’t bother me with tours like other hotels in Ha Noi - The guys are chilled Thanks !

We used this hotel as our base to explore Hanoi and different places in the North of Vietnam (leaving our heavy luggage here while on tour for 2 or 3 days away from town): extremely convenient hotel to discover the centre and all the attractions of this vibrant city and its surroundings. It provides the perfect atmosphere to rest after a long day in town. The staff is warm and helpful with information, tour and taxi reservations etc… Highly recommendable!

It was very well priced and In a good location. Loved the pancakes for breakfast! Very accommodating when we had a geko in our room and my friend would not stay there as we couldn’t get him out (a fear of hers)! The man on duty kindly changed our room for us with no issues.

The location of the hotel is superb. Staff were very friendly. They packed us breakfast twice when we had to leave very early in the morning. Rooms were small and needs refurbishment. House keeping was good and the bathroom towels were changed every day. There were no coffee powder in the room. Only tea bags were given. Breakfast was ok and gets over very fast!!! Overall we had a very pleasant stay here

Location was very good. The night porter was very accommodating and friendly as for the other staff… Breakfast had potential , you order 1 a la carte dish and the rest was buffet , however if you are not one of the first groups of guests down for breakfast you have very limited choice as they do not restock even though there is staff walking around. The night porter also gave us cold bottles of water when we were leaving early in the morning which was very appreciated.
