Very good location and the hoste familly is very help full. The place is quite and it s not common in this busy quarter of Hanoï. All convenance around to enjoy the city center.

Very central location, clean big rooms, regularly cleaned and maintained. Delicious included breakfast every morning, friendly and accommodating staff.

Great location down a quiet alley so was nice to be able to sleep. We only got breakfast one day (our own fault) as we checked in late the night before and left early on our last night but breakfast was very nice. Staff were also very helpful and arranged a taxi for us to the airport and we could check in later after getting a night bus.

Close to all the Hanoi hotspots down a quiet laneway off the busy street. Staff were super kind and helpful. Brekky was a big portion. Building is a bit dated but rooms and bathrooms were very clean

In a nice quiet area but close to everything. Nothing fancy but rooms and bathrooms were super clean and staff were welcoming and happy to help with anything we needed. We rebooked another stay for our way back through Hanoi.

Exceptionally nice stuff, especially Lena who not only welcomed us but was also very helpful in advance of the stay (organizing airport transfer and Halong Bay tour as well as a bus to Ninh Binh) and highly responsive. Location in the middle of the bustling Old Town, with restaurants, shops, and the lake in walking distance. Breakfast was tasty with reasonable number of (Vietnamese and European) options.
