Great location, we had a room with two bunk beds. We got a big bottle of water with the room, we had a shared bathroom which was kept clean. Nu was a lovely host who helped us with bus tickets and was always kind and helpful! Great value!! Also the cutest dog lives there!

The rooms are nice big beds! Great location, nice and quiet alleyway so it was never noisy. We stayed a few times in a dorm and private rooms and we were very satisfied with what the homestay has to offer! Nusmile herself is a lovely host! Not only is she very welcoming, she is extremely helpful with recommendations for food and services in Hanoi. Having been travelling for 3 months, we were very burnt out with planning and Nu was able to assist us organise the Ha Giang Loop, Trekking and a cruise at Ha Long Bay. All of which were prices that were very satisfied with compared to what we had been quoted before. Even when one of our phones was playing up, she even took us by motorbike to get it sorted! I would certainly recommend what Nu has to offer, and her dedication to her work is very admirable! Thank you again Nu!

We stayed in a private quadruple room, which had 2 bunk beds. The beds were comfortable, & large. Shared bathroom next door to the room- very clean. Helpful and kind staff, who helped us book a taxi to the airport. Best was the location. It was down a quiet road, but 5 minutes to Old Quarter.

Where do I even begin.. in all honesty Ms. Nu is such a great host. The communication before I stayed at her homestay went smooth. She made sure to find a way and reach out to you about the room changes. All throughout our interaction she was flexible and could adapt to anything if needed. During my stay of 4 nights I had such a great experience: I would also like to give a shoutout to the staff who had a contribution to this. Everyone was always smiling and welcoming, Ms. Nu’s homestay truly felt like a home - I recommend staying here to get that authentic ‘local’ feeling. Thank you a lot Ms. Nu!

To be honest if you don’t mind sharing a bathroom and you are a backpacker then this is perfect hotel for you. I am not used to sharing when I go on holiday, so this hotel gave me an opportunity to experience the experience (not personally not my cup of tea). Staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was very close to the center and yet it is quiet and the lady is very helpful with the tour option. The location is convenient I was able to just walk to all the places I want to go to.
