The staff were so helpful and kind. They arranged an early morning transfer to the airport for us. The rooms were spacious, spotless and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Booked the hotel for one night for an international flight from Noi Bai Airport. The hotel was incredibly clean and our room was really lovely which we didn't really expect because we thought it was just a basic transit hotel. The transfer from the airport was waiting for us when we arrived and everyone working at the hotel was super friendly. We left our daughter's teddy bear at the hotel and didn't realise for more than a month. We contacted them and they arranged delivering it to our house in Da Nang. Lovely people and highly recommended!
