Very close to the lake, had a lift, bar, roof top and tv room ( which I didn’t know about last time I stayed) The staff are super friendly

Great hostel, I had a private room with everything you need. Staff were amazing, they arranged the Ha Giang Loop and then a direct transfer to Sapa and then back to Hanoi again and they were available by WhatsApp to answer any questions on my trip and make any travel adjustments for me! Location of the hostel is perfect too, everything is easily within walking distance.

well presented hostel with ample communal space (common room, pool and table football, library and roof terrace) the staff are very efficient, and all speak excellent English they have "coffin style" pod-beds which are arranged depth ways into the room. each pod has its own light and power socket with a curtain at the foot end to close off for privacy. In hostels that I've visited in other countries, the dorm beds are usually organised long ways against the walls and are open - so feel more communal. the coffin arrangement makes everyone a bit insular and isolated. maybe it's a Vietnam thing? At first, I really didn't think I'd like it - but boy, did I get a great sleep without any pesky windows letting the sunlight in on me. Each bed space has a lovely big locker, so your stuff is safe. the bathrooms and showers are very clean with hot water

Very good central location, close enough to everything but doesn’t feel too busy or overwhelming which is hard to find in Hanoi. I love how the cube beds make you feel like you have your own little room in the dorm, but there are still loads of ways to socialise in all of the common areas and the bar. The staff were so kind and helpful during my stay and the reception is open 24/7 which is amazing!

Great service. Staff was friendly and always ready to help. The service and assistance recieved from reception was amazing, they booked for us a bunch of experiences and then they were always available to assist in case of change of plan during any of this experiences (we did sa pa and ha long bay through them. Room was clean.

Perfect hostel. Working space and pool game table, bar, room with tv with Netflix. The staff is very friendly and responsive. It's the best hostel I ever stayed
