The hotel is located in the Old Quarter of Hanoi with walking distance to most of the main tourist attractions. We arrived at the hotel very early morning (after night train from Sapa) and was able to check in early with a little additional cost. The staff was very nice and welcoming and all in all our experience was good

This hotel was lovely, really really enjoyed my stay. My room was lovely, stylish, in great condition and extremely clean. The room had sockets which take a range of plugs including UK ones which was very handy. The bed was comfortable, I slept well and it was pretty quiet too. The bathroom was lovely, also very clean and the shower was great, lots of hot water. There was a safe and a small fridge, small bottle of water. The breakfast was really good, lots of choice, nice pancakes, fruit, pastries, bread, the lady working in the breakfast room was so nice. The reception staff were friendly and helpful but not pushy which was great. They booked a bus for me and it was all very smooth and a great bus company. The location is fantastic, less than 5 minutes to the lake, so really easy to get everywhere.

We loved the breakfast, good variation, very tasty, after experiencing other hotels now, this one was for sure 10/10. Also the room was very nice, comfy, AC was working properly as we didn't have window that can be open, nice bathroom with all equipment, big bed, we very enjoyed our stay. And stuff was very lovely, helped us with orienting in the city, where to change money as it was our first day in Vietnam. Also the room wasn't directed to main road so there was no noise from the busy streets of Hanoi.
