It was very easy to keep in contact before we arrived and Vy answered all our questions so promptly and arranged our transportation from the airport. The location is excellent and we felt at home. Vy also provided us with lots of personal tips about places to visit and places to eat.

Great location, walking distance to all the major attractions in the city. The staff especially Vy were so lovely and very helpful. We booked a trip to Sapa and fansipan through Vy and it was organised perfectly. 100% stay here again.

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and had a positive experience. The room was clean, though on the smaller side. We did encounter an issue with no water coming out of the shower one day, but it was quickly resolved and seemed to be beyond the hotel's control. The breakfast was good, you can order things such as pancakes or eat from the small buffet. What really stood out was the excellent customer service. The staff were friendly, polite, and incredibly helpful, offering us plenty of local recommendations that made our trip even more enjoyable. They also cleaned the room so we could check in early after our flight from the UK. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its great service.

The hotel is very centrally-located, right in the middle of Hanoi's Old Quarter. The room was very comfortable with all amenities in place. But the cherry on the cake was the hotel staff. Vy and David were so helpful and warm -- they made our stay so much better. The breakfast buffet was very good and there was also a menu you could order from for hot meals.

The property is very well located right in the middle of the Old City of Hanoi. Our room had no window so it was quiet but claustrophobic. You will need to pick one or the other. Windows face a five way intersection.
