The location is great, right in the old quarter and a short walk to Hoan Kiem lake. The breakfast on the roof terrace was very good and the staff were very helpful.

Friendly staff, great help from Tom with booking trips and taxis, very good location. We stayed in a room overlooking the street so lots to watch but surprisingly quiet.

Breakfast was in a top floor room and basic but fine. The hotel staff and adjacent tour agency were very helpful.
