Clean, nice rooms, walking distance to all attractions from Hanoi. Good breakfast, they prepared 2 days in a row breakfast to take away for our group because we left very early in some trips. Try the spa that is on the other side of the road on the right accross the hotel, it was the best massage and pleasant ambiance for me comparing to all the other spa in Vietnam.

The staff was so kind and helpful and by the time we left the hotel felt like home. Simple breakfast room but delicious made-tp-order food. Would definitely stay there again 🙂

From the moment we booked Linda and her team have been in communication with us to assist with practically anything. From trips, taxis to local food recommendations. The property was right in the main hustle and bustle old quarter of the city but the rooms managed to be quiet and comfortable (But we did have the top floor). Breakfast was amazing every morning and cooked fresh.
