It was perfect ! Perfect place and the personnel was so nice, they really helped us for some organisation (transport, informations…) and proposed us the best activities (the Ha Giang loop with their tour operator partner was awesome) ! The room was really clean and comfortable.

The kitchen had everything I needed for cooking, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. I especially loved the city view from the balcony – it was very relaxing!
