Lubi House was a lovely homestay. We interacted with the proprietor mainly through Whatsapp although we didn't get to meet her. The accommodation was reasonably clean and the area was quiet. I loved that it was away from the hustle and bustle of the Old Quarter. We were able to leave our luggage with the grandma staying there, after check out.

Everything with the property was great! Even better than expected! Chau is really helpful and supportive and replied promptly to every question asked! Would definitely recommend!

Very friendly and flexible host :) the room was clean and the homestay is located in a very nice and safe area. We could leave our luggage after checkout, Chau also helped us with the laundry.

The host was absolutely amazing. We had a lot of contact via WhatsApp, she helped me so much and organised my transfer to the airport as well! The place is beautiful and really quiet. I loved staying there for the three nights in Hanoi. One of the best rooms on my trip!

We visited during Typhoon Yagi and the owners were so good keeping us updated and even providing supplies in case. We didn't have any issues with damage, power or flooding and are grateful for the location and our wonderful hosts. Special thanks to Chou!! This homestay is excellent value for money and we'd highly recommend.
