I had such a fantastic time at this place! Right from the start, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. The rooms were impressively clean and spacious, with a super comfy bed that made it easy to relax. Plus, the location couldn't be better—it was perfect for exploring the area or just kicking back and unwinding. The service was outstanding; everyone was so attentive and friendly. I genuinely recommend this spot for both short getaways and longer stays. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! In particular, a guy called Thong was extremely helpful with all of my requests and made my stay even more comfortable. His English speaking skills and attention to detail were beyond any other hotel receptionist that I have experienced in Vietnam.

Where to start to review a place we almost called home in Hanoi. Let's start by the staff who was so nice and helpful. We stayed several times in Love St Hotel. Every time we had to pass by Hanoi duing our trip in Vietnam we came back to Love St every time. Westlake district is much more peaceful than more central location and Love st is so peaceful and comfy. The staff is discrete and adorable. Some of them speak real good english and always listened to our needs. The rooftop is really nice to have breakfast in the morning or chill out at night. Rooms are really well equiped (desk, big closet, very nice shower), and if you need extra towels or basic hygiene kits you can find plenty right next to the elevator. Beds are the bests i slept in Vietnam hotel's, Huge pillows, not too soft not too hard. Rooms are sound and heat proof. The surroundings are great to chill in the big "Tent" café 100m away and if you walk a bit further you can find convenient stores and many many different restaurants (vietnamese, egyptian, turkish, korea grill anything !)

Hotel is too good, and very well maintained. I would like to mention about the staff, they are very polite and helpful. Trust me the reception guys a re so sweet and were available for all our needs.

For breakfast you could choose one out of 4 options which in my case was delicious. As I had an early morning departure for the airport, they even prepared a breakfast sandwich to go. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood which is great when you spent a full day in the crowded city and want to relax in a nice atmosphere. The mattress amazing for sleeping!
