Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The hotels amenities were great. The roof top bar was a highlight. Breakfast was included for my stay and was a good start to the day with plenty of of variety The location of the hotel was also very good

The staff in particular was incredibly helpful and accommodating and Alice went out of her way to help and ensure a good experience. She helped with everything from recommendations, booking restautants, booking transportation to ensuring I had water and even medicine when I was ill. The hotel itself is great but having employees like Alice was what made the place special. Can't recommend it enough!

The staff are very helpful and friendly, the rooms are impeccable clean. Rooftop bar is an absolute asset to this place, incredible views. They went to extra effort to make the room birthday ready for my fiancé, without being asked which was great!

A nice, quieter area compared to the busy old quarter. Nice rooftop bar for evening drinks. Nice pool with view too. Clean and tidy rooms.

Highly recommend this hotel great location to all the important places in Hanoi. The room was very spacious and quiet despite the city is usually very noisy. Great facilities in the room, have a lovely bar at the top floor and restaurant. The reception staff went above and beyond to help us out with anything we needed, they are very kind and hospitable. We can’t thank them enough to make our stay so special and truly felt we were from home to home.
