Great location in the centre of the old quarter, lovely decor, excellent breakfast. Staff were super-professional and friendly. Rooms are smallish but well-appointed. We had the junior suite which accommodated a king-size bed and a rollaway for our 10 year old as well as 2 armchairs next to the window overlooking the street below.

Located in the center with many restaurants, shops, cafes and markets around. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was on 7th floor (fortunately they have an elevator) and had a window towards the stairway. The night was very quiet - which is not usually the case in other rooms or hotels in Hanoi. If i would come back, i would specifically ask for a room towards the backside. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The breakfast was of good quality, but the coffee could be freshly prepared.

This was perfect for us. The room was clean and a great size for us and our suitcases. The location was spot on as well. The team were so welcoming and Friendly. They had lots of recommendations for us and were patient with all of our questions.

The location of hotel is right in the center of Hanoi. Around the hotel is a lot of thing to do even at night . The staff was super helpful and also gave us advice where to get the best local food.
