We were very happy to stay 3 nights at the Labevie hotel. The male receptionist was very helpful with all our questions as newly arrivals to Vietnam and Hanoi. We also received help with arranging a day trip to Ninh Binh which we can highly recommend.

We came here for our vacation and we had a great time. The area in which the hotel is located it great and also the staff in the hotel is very kind, they helped us with places that we wanted to visit and booking of transport.

David the manager was so helpful and looked after us very well. I love the beautiful old building and especially the balcony where we could sit and people watch.

The rooms are stunning with beautiful old architecture and shutters that help block out the hubbub of the city. The owners are lovely, very helpful and make suprisingly good brewed coffee even for those used to espresso. The location is great, around the corner from some of the best restaurants in Hanoi and walking distance to the lake, sites in the Old and French quarter and major tourist destinations. The owners were always offering help and tips and overall I would recommend this hotel for your next stay in Hanoi.

I was there for a second time. I think that is saying all. Just had a small room, w/o window. But it is comfortable enough for one night. Breakfast is included, fresh fruits, egg, coffee, toast. Some warm meals with rice likewise. Discretion is guaranteed. There is nothing to complain about..
