The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great but the highlight for me was the staff. They all went above and beyond to make sure my stay was the best.

I absolutely loved staying here, even though it was so short! I was greeted with such a warm welcome at La Siesta, by the most friendly and helpful staff. Even though it was late, they took the time to chat to me and brought me a much appreciated welcome drink with fresh fruit when I arrived. My room was upgraded to a suite which was beautiful, spotlessly clean and so spacious, with the most luxurious bed I could have asked for. I slept so well! The restaurant and breakfast buffet had a great selection, and the rooftop bar has to be the coolest bar with the best views in all of Hanoi. Next time I’ll be back for an espresso martini! Location is awesome too, close to all the hustle and bustle with everything on your doorstep, while maintaining peace and quiet when you step inside the doors. I couldn’t recommend it higher and would go back in a heartbeat!

The staff were simply the best and the hotel is cozy and welcoming. The location in the old city gives easy access to everything one might want to do.

Excellent service from the hotel staff - especially from Dac Nguyen and Ms Hang Pham. Great location in the old quarter. Wonderful breakfast spread and lovely rooftop bar. Rooms are cleaned and nicely furnished

Amazing hotel, beautiful rooms, great breakfast, nice gym and friendly staff. I was in another hotel in the same price range in Hanoi before coming to this one, and I regret not having spent my full time in Hanoi here. The best possible choice without any doubt!

There is so much that is “right” about this hotel. The staff are amazing. Reception are fabulous. They are so helpful and personable, and will do all they can to make sure you enjoy your stay. Restaurant staff are great too, attentive but not over the top. Location in the Old District is ideal to see Hanoi with lots of restaurants and bars in the area, but the hotel manages to stay nice and peaceful
