Everything was fantastic! The rooms were comfortable and location is great. Breakfast was excellent and all the staff were amazing throughout - especially Sarah and Emma who gave us great recommendations for our time in Hanoi! Would recommend to anyone staying in Hanoi.

Very nice boutique hotel, well located near Lake Hoan Kiem in the old quarter, with helpful staff and very good breakfast. Only an overnight visit on the way to our Ha Long Bay cruise but we would be very happy to stay there again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My stay at La Passion Hanoi Hotel & Spa was exceptional! The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the Old Quarter, with beautifully designed rooms and great amenities. A special thanks to Sarah at the front desk, whose warmth and professionalism stood out. She was incredibly friendly and shared fantastic recommendations that truly enhanced my experience in Hanoi. The rooftop bar was another highlight. Highly recommend this hotel for its service and location!

The staff are friendly and do their absolute best to make sure you’re comfortable. Anna was super helpful on the very first day we arrived in Hanoi and helped us book things and find things to do. The spa staff are very attentive and professional.

Amazing location in the centre of Old Quarter. Rooms were beautiful with a massive bath tub. The staff were kind and amazing as well.
