We would like to make a brief notification: Currently, there is a construction from the People’s Committee next door which carries on Oct, 16th 2022 and is expected to be completed by the end of July, 2023. However, we can assure you that the construction will be kept at minor disturb for the sakes of in-house guests. Moreover, the construction is not continuous; we are able to make an agreement that there will be days when all will be stopped if the hotel is near to full occupancy.
We apologize for the might coming inconvenience and ask for your understanding and cooperation.

Hotel staff is very kind and caring. They make everything you to feel special. Very good location to explore city. Beds are more than comfortable. Breakfast was with very good choices and tasteful. Shall return and recommend it to friends.

The location of the hotel is excellent and the staff are amazing. Very courteous, nothing is too much trouble for them. The breakfast is also fantastic. John, the manager is fantastic. They offer a hot breakfast of your choice. The Skybar on the roof top is brilliant and provides an absolutely amazing view over Hanoi. Highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at La Nueva hotel. The staff was super nice and helpful, very personalized and genuine service. Special thanks to Grace who found us some great deals for our day trips to Halong Bay and Ninh Binh, much better than booking online ahead of time. The hotel is clean, centrally located but still pretty quiet. Room was spacious and clean, comfy beds, functional bathroom. Breakfast was amazing with nice selection of made-to-order and buffet dishes. Not much of a view from the room but that can't be really expected in the old town packed with tall buildings. Excellent city views though from the breakfast restaurant and rooftop bar.

Our family of four stayed at La Nueva Hotel for 4 nights and had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome, and provided tea and refreshments. They were genuinely kind, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They gave us great recommendations for local restaurants, arranged high-quality day trips, and even included a complimentary massage during our stay. The breakfast was a highlight: a delicious spread of very fresh fruit, bread, pastries, made-to-order eggs, and desserts – all served with a beautiful view of the city. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hanoi – especially families!
