The staff was friendly and helpful during our staff. The hotel was cleaned, breakfast was good, loved the fresh fruit juice each morning! The hotel is located at the Ta Hien Beer street, filled with a wide range of thrilling activities, from food, drinks, live and loud music till 1-2am. We requested to relocate our room from the 3rd floor to the 5th floor the next day. While enjoyed our stay due to its cleanliness, friendly service and convenient location, the night music was too loud for us to have a quiet sleep.

We stayed at La Mejor for a couple of nights on a return to Hanoi from HaLong Bay. The hotel was wonderful. The staff were welcoming, polite and totally professional. Nothing was too much trouble. We were greeted with great smiles as soon as we walked in the door. The check in process was easy and the room a good size, clean and with a great sized bed. The hotel boasts a Sky Bar, which we used. It serves great cocktails and there is a happy hour too. There is a restaurant too, but we didn't use it. We had two early morning starts so whilst we did use the breakfast service one day, we had limited time. But what we saw and ate was perfect. Just what we needed to set us up for our day of touring. We left the hotel even earlier the next day and the hotel prepared breakfast boxes for us too as we were too early for the breakfast service. Can't fault the this hotel. Wouldn't improve anything. Great stay. Quiet too considering it is close to Beer Street. Would highly recommend.

It’s a beautiful hotel very clean and the staff are excellent The Le major rooms are on the 8th floor(top) they are beautiful with a lovely big room(they are not suites though ) they and a lovely free standing bath But I wouldn’t reccomend having them go for the 7th floor. reason below
