Our stay was fabulous. A huge thank you to James the Duty Manager who made our 30th wedding anniversary one to remember. The cake was a pleasant surprise. The infinity pool and roof top bar was amazing. Also, thank you to Hazel with a very smooth check out.

The hotel in general is great. New, comfortable, and a great pool at the rooftop with a beautiful view to the lake. Nice rooftop bar, great playground for the kids, and other facilities. All excellent! Also, direct access to the Mall which has a lot of options for eating and shopping. The location is great because just 20/30m from the airport and near west lake to go by foot. Finally, all the amenities in the room are great.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The receptionists are very helpful. Love staying in this hotel. The concierge guy “Erick” was really helpful and gave us a satusfactory service. We will definetly come back to stay in this hotel for our next visit.
