Lovely hotel in the old quarter. Our room was spacious and relatively quiet. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again.

We were truly touched by the warm hospitality of the hotel staff, especially the front desk agent, Nguyen Thom. She welcomed us like friends with delicious tea and snacks. She was incredibly helpful with travel advice, recommending popular spots and restaurants, providing relevant information, and even assisting with restaurant reservations and our limousine transfer. Besides, bed is cozy, and the hotel is stylish from lobby, rooms, restaurants and skybar. We have many good pictures here. Really love the decoration here. We felt so comfortable during our stay and highly recommend this hotel to others!"

Remarkable welcome in this very chic and comfortable hotel, very comfortable and quiet room, succulent breakfast with a lot of choice and very good, very nice top bar with panoramic view. To recommend. I shall come again to enjoy this very nice hotel !

The property was very central to what we needed. The decor made the property seemed super lux. The rooms were really pretty, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, couldn’t fault the food The team at JM Marvel hotel were friendly, professional and extremely helpful.

Very centrally located and friendly staff (Trang) who gave good recommendations abt where to go and was very helpful, and attentive to our needs. The toilet was clean, showers worked well. Room was quiet even though the hotel is next to a busy street. The Cloud Sky Bar is a great place to hang out in the evenings.

Staff were very friendly, and eager to help recommend things to do in Hanoi. Shout out to Jayce and Hien in particular. Also enjoyed the complimentary beer at their rooftop bar. The hotel was well decorated with Christmas decorations.
