I had an amazing stay at Ja Cosmo Hotel in Hanoi! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel right at home with their warm hospitality and attentive service. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. A special thanks to Tomy and the entire team for going above and beyond to make my visit truly memorable. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference. I highly recommend Ja Cosmo Hotel for anyone visiting Hanoi. It’s a fantastic place with exceptional service!

The staff is friendly and courteous. They arranged early check-in on request without any charge. The food was good. Never had such a delicious French Toast ever. Breakfast space is a little small. The rooms are small but clean with all required amenities. They even have a bathtub inside. Location is amazing, eateries are nearby, Indian restaurants are in close vicinity. Lake is walkable, it is in heart of Old Quarters. The only problem I faced, in the name of laundry service they have only washing service, not ironing. I had asked for an iron and ironing board in evening, they said they will arrange but they couldn't. Having an extra or a spare iron would not hurt incase of such scenarios.

The hotel is good value for money - the rooms are clean, the breakfast has a good variety and the location is super close to the old quarter, the lake and the water puppet show.
