Beautiful hotel on the lake! Overwater. Get the lakeview! Can see the beautiful sun rise and sunset. Really feels relaxed to be away from the hustle and bustle of hanoi city center. Buggy to pick you anywhere. Everybody is helpful. Best hotel breakfast!! Wide variety.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Property has been well maintained over the years. Being away from the city, it was also nice and quiet at night. Buffett breakfast was excellent. Great selection of cuisines and nice pastries.

Unique location on the lake. Good food, excellent breakfast and room service (which was a bit expensive). Great ambience, actually. A nice alternative to staying in the Old Quarter which can be a bit noisy.

A luxury property. Right over the water. We had requested for an early check-in at 8 am (regular checkin time was 3pm). They gave us 1 room which was very good at no extra charge. Staff was extremely friendly.
