The staff here will just make everything so easy, the smiling faces and friendly vibes are amazing. If you want to book a taxi or day trip it's so easy at the hotel...the location is perfect, the hotel itself is comfortable and spacious enough and I would highly recommend!

We've just completed a 5 night stay here and it's been a wonderful experience. Justin especially was a delight to deal with, as were all the staff who are friendly, funny, engaging and very pleasant. Location wise you're in the middle of old quarter. Everything is within a few mins walk and even if you want to venture further out. It's easy to navigate. Breakfast selection was good with plenty of choice for all diets. Should we come back to Hanoi we'll stay here for sure. Its been great.

Lovely hotel away from the hustle of the riverside but within 15-20 min walk - also found a couple of local restaurants nearby which were great value. We had a fabulous large room with an enormous bathroom and very good air con.. Staff were so polite and helpful, arranging taxi transfers at a competitive price. Great breakfast and a nice little pool. We used the spa, which was also very good, but we were not brave enough to try the free bicycles! Great value for money. Highly recommended.

Excellent staff. Very helpful in organizing tours, but also helped out with fixing on of our bags and helped when our daughter had a fever and had to go to the hospital. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Thanks a lot Ms. Kim and colleagues.

Perfect employees on the reception, very kind with very good english ( above the average in old quarter we experienced ). We get a free upgrade of our room, welcome refreshments and great recommendations for Hanoi.
