The breakfast was great, the set many has multiple options, and the buffet style portion was also very good. the room was very large and had a large bathroom area as well. The location was very central, and we were able to walk to the main attractions in Hanoi.

The location of the hotel is exceptional. Very good breakfast. Varied and different fruit every day and you can choose dishes a la carte. Very friendly staff. They arranged some phone cards for us the same afternoon we arrived. Jenny is lovely and an exceptional organizer of everything you may need. She arranged the transfer from the airport to the hotel, the cruise to Halong Bay, and the subsequent transfer to Tam Coc. Always doing her best for everything to go perfectly. It's a peace of mind to know that you are in the hands of a great professional. Thank you very much again for your loving and efficient attention.

The staff are friendly and entertaining The hotel is at the center of hanoi Close to great restaurants with good taste. Walking distance to shops and train st., puppet show and the lake. A must for travellers. There's free breakfast, the room is clean and bigger than most hotels . Will definitely come back here

We booked it really cheap and didn't expect much but it really exceeded our expectations! The room was very clean and quite spacious, we also got a free upgrade. the staff was very friendly and kind as well. A great value for money, highly recommend!

Very nice hotel and the man at reception was very friendly and helpful. It is very safe and if we needed to go out at night he would let us in and lock the door after. We also got a free room upgrade the first time and have stayed there twice now. Rooms are very comfortable and the showers were lovely. Also great location!

Closed to the centre, delicious breakfast, all receptionists were kind to us when we had to stay one more night because of food poisining in the city. The night receptionists went with me at night to find the opened supermarket to buy coke :)

Our stay at the Holiday Emerald Hotel was absolutely perfect. The room was spotless and provided a comfortable haven for us. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of choices each morning. During our Ha Long Bay tour, we left for a night, and upon our return, we were delighted to find that the hotel had upgraded our room in honor of our honeymoon. This thoughtful gesture made our stay even more special. The location in Hanoi's Old Quarter couldn't be better, with easy access to all the attractions. Highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable stay. Five stars! 🇵🇹
