Beautifully maintained property ran by a lovely family. We were given the "Super VIP" large room with a serene view of the river. Everything was sparkling clean, fresh towels. The property provided free bike hire, we cycled through the fields to the Unesco Tranh An caves. The family were lovely people and very helpful - assisted with booking a driver to take us to our next destination. Highly recommend

We had one night here, and wish we had stayed longer. The location is great, because it's by the river with lovely morning views, but it also backs onto a little village/ group of restaurants, cafes, motorbike hire etc. The own is nice, and you can also use their bikes (though check them before riding) and kayaks. Breakfast is quite small, just a few pancakes, so you can go get food elsewhere for morning tea. :)

Everything, it’s so cute and the pool table is super new. The location in the middle of the mountains is simply magical! The bungalow is clean and looks new. They offer bike for free which is really good.

The accommodation was really pretty and peaceful. Use of bikes is complimentary, you can ride a short distance to some lovely restaurants and It's only a short drive to local attractions. The pool was huge and crystal clear. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. Hosts will organise travel for you which is helpful, but be aware of the going rate and make sure you don't overpay.

A must have experience when visiting Ninh Binh Very clean and well maintained family homestay. the staff are so nice perfect place just relax by the river take a bicycle or rent a scooter. the food in the restaurant was good also. as a family with a 10 month old baby it was such a good decision. We stayed in other hotels in the area nothing compared to this as an experience we wont forget.
