We had a great stay here! It was so quiet and a great location for walking. The staff are super friendly and helpful. It was a big enough space for 4 people. We'd definitely stay here again :)

Spacious apartments with all the necessary ammenities. The staff went above & beyond to help us with rebooking extra nights, tours and extra things like laundry - especially helpful when we had to cancel plans due to one of us being sick. We appreciated the hospitality immensely

Comfortable and clean residence, in an exceptional position for every need, to reach all the important points to visit in the city and to walk on foot in the old quarter. Very kind staff: they supported us with any information and availability to book a sea transfer for us through a site completely in Vietnamese with Vietnamese agents. Kitchen equipped with the necessary which for us, traveling with a celiac child, was essential. absolutely perfect for a traveling family!

The staff were helpful and friendly, they upgraded our room to a bigger room which was really nice. The apartment is quite near to the old town.

Love the staff!!! All are professional, so friendly and helpful. I will surely stay here again when I visit Hanoi again next time. The location is quiet. Many restaurants and supermarkets around.

Excellent service from staff. Well located for Old Quarter, Night Market and Train Street without being too noisy. Studio with lounge/bedroom separation. Cleaning staff were very attentive. Elevator. Hot Water. Good water pressure.
