The staff were impeccable, especially when I forgot my work backpack outside and they secured it for me... The room, although dated and lacking soundproofing, still met expectations. Good old earplugs solve it! With its convenient location, comfortable beds, clean sheets and towels, a fridge, hairdryer, and elevator access, this place is about as perfect as it gets! The breakfast is a good selection, and the cafe serves excellent coffee. There are so many restaurants around, it's great for foodies!

Beautiful staff. Lovely atmosphere, great location.Beds are a bit hard but no drama. Can be a bit noisy at times but that’s not the properties fault. Adds to the atmosphere.

This time my room was on the back of the building - quiet most if the day and night. The back rooms are smaller than the front rooms. I liked it. Nice staff.

Location was good although difficult to find as it was in a pedestrianised area. Neither taxi driver or Google maps could clearly define it's location. Helpful staff.

Location was excellent, on a busy little street surrounded by cafes, but the room was so quiet! The staff were friendly and very helpful. My room had everything in it I needed. Perfect stay.

Exceptional service from staff. The owner helped arrange tour services, providing many options to choose from. Staff were always friendly and eager to help with every request. I had an early flight leaving and was able to check out at 6:30am. A simple free breakfast is provided. Location was excellent. It’s on a pedestrian street filled with restaurants so it’s easy to pop down for a bite without the stress of crossing the motorcycle-filled roads. It’s close to train street and easily walkable to other central locations like Hoan Kiem lake.

Down a quiet alley in a coffee shop. Coffee shop was great, and they bring them to your room. Close to train street, we walked everywhere.
