If u don't want to spend anything on travel please book this hotel everything is on walking distance literally and please trust the receptionist blindly she suggest best spot to eat !!

Great location, super helpful friendly staff. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was simple but the best eggs and bacon we’ve had so far! On our first night we had to stay in a different room as other guests wanted to stay longer so the room we’d booked was unavailable! However, the room they put us in was a better room and they offered to help us move rooms the next day too, so not a problem. Good restaurants on the door step and easy walkable distance to all the main sights. Travel and tours can be booked by the hotel too, they have a great variety available

Excellent place - with perfect location (10 min walking to the center of Old Quarter) also very pleasing staff. Two wonderful ladies always helped me and were very pleasant. Peace and hello from Alex, Than hoa!

Epic location, nice breakfast and super friendly staff. And it had an ACTUAL shower instead of a wet room as most hotels in Hanoi do.

Location, location, location. Hotel sofia is well- positioned within easy walking distance of many of the most popular sites in Hanoi. Breakfasts were great. There were several choices for cooked breakfast in addition to a buffet of fruits, pancakes and breakfast cake or toast and jam. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was kept very clean. The safe in the room was big enough for our important items, with a key that could be removed and carried with us. There were water bottles, tea and coffee in the room, a kettle and fridge. The toiletries provided were nice to use.

Amazing location. Right in the centre of the Old Quarter. Lovely coffee shop next door for breakfast and circle k just across the road. Staff were all so friendly and helpful !

The staff was really helpful. We requested a late check out and they were happy to help. The location is apt in terms of its proximity to old quater's important sights.
