Hotel location is good and easy to find it ! Easier to find street food and hot travel place in hanoi !Service and stuff is good too !! Food also nice and yummy ! People here and hotel stuff also friendly and nicely.

Location of this property is great. A short walk to train street and a short walk in the opposite direction to the main part of the old city. Room was spacious and were were upgraded to a larger family room. We did luck out and have a window in our room but the view was only of an alley. The bathroom was nice and updated.

My experience at Royal palace hotel was really good friendly and very very helpful staff who was so polite and welcoming to me food here was amazing and overall feel well looked after by the staff, I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone visiting hanoi, Ms Suli was very friendly and a pleasure to talk to.

We had an incredible experience during our stay! The staff went above and beyond, helping us organize our trips to Ha Long Bay and Hoi An, making everything smooth and stress-free. These destinations were absolutely breathtaking, and we felt completely comfortable thanks to their support. The room itself was fantastic – the bed was extra comfortable, and we loved waking up to the stunning city views from our balcony on the seventh floor. Every detail of our stay was well thought out, and the hospitality made all the difference.

Firstly, The hotel is situated in a great location right by hang bong street and there are lots of shops and bars near by. The rooms are clean and comfortable but, what really makes this hotel are the staff who are friendly and who were willing to help with all aspects of our trip to Hanoi and Halong bay!

Just checked out of this hotel after a & righe sitay Location is pertect, within walking distance to everything you want to visit in Hanci We booked e superior and for the price we paid, I dont Piel you'l frd a better room in Hanoi for the location The best part about the hotel is the staff, such amazig peeple who genuinely want you to heve the bout stay. Nothing is ever tee much ter tem, Pey ge out their way to make your stay memorable. From recommendro paces to see and sat, also booking our transters to and from the argot, they codast do more and we appreciate everything they die for un All steft are so helpful but in partiodier, the mais 3 peogle we dealt with were Me Jimmi ( think is his name, austomer serice marager), Corg (n the restaurant) and Thao (suly for short). Such lovely peopie, and a reai credit to this hotel. Keep up the good work guys! It you are staying in Handi and want e great little hatei for such a good price, book this hotel!

From the moment we arrived we were meet with very helpful and friendly staff - especially Ms. Jennie and Jimmi. We checked in while enjoying a welcome drink. Our rooms were upgraded and they were clean, like new and large. The breakfast was good with lots of options. The location was superb! Close to Hoan Kiem Lake and lots of eating and coffee places. We highly recommend this hotel.

Every thing excellent including staff. The city tour are too good. Ha Long bay tour are perfect. The splendid restaurant is very excellent. Thank you Jimmi and Jennie support me when I stay here. I will return next year.
