The Hotel is located within walking distance to all the attractions. The staff at check in were extremely helpful, in particular Ms Hazel. She went out of her way to ensure that our mattress was changed to accommodate my partners orthopedic back issues. The breakfast had adequate variety and the team was also kind enough to store our luggage for 2days as we did a cruise to Halong bay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and rebook in the future.

Very good breakfast Ala carte,best we had so far in Vietnam. Very friendly and helpful staff always smiling, we had New Year’s Eve dinner and drink on the roof bar and we were watching fireworks with great view. As it was holidays we only could book small room without the window. Would be 10/10 if we had bigger room with the balcony. Nice heated jacuzzi at the roof. We highly recommend, perfect location in Hanoi with walking distance to all important activities.

From the moment the door was opened by staff and we were given our drink and hand towels I knew we were in for a treat. Amazing hotel close to everything in Old Quarter, walking distance to lake and shopping areas. The staff went above and beyond for our family. They were so kind and willing/wanting to help/serve us in whatever was they could. We were travelling with our sons who have autism (mentioned this in case other fellow travellers who have sensory consideration) and they ensured a quiet room. Buffet breakfast on the top floor was sensational with a wide range of vietnamese and western foods. The chef cooks for you from the main menu also. Heated spa on the rooftop with bar was stunning. I am very picky so take this feedback in confidence that we would highly recommend. Cannot thank the staff enough for helping make our first Vietnam stop/hotel so memorable.
