The staff were very courteous and friendly. They reached out to us in advance and ensured everything was ready for our trip. The location of the hotel was also amazing as it was right next to the river and only a short walk from markets, the water puppet theatre and shopping areas. Helen specifically helped us alot throughout the trip so thank you! We will definitely book here again on our next Hanoi trip.

The breakfast options were excellent with a wide variety of local and continental cuisine. The staff were excellent, especially Ms. Helen, who was of immense help with support, explanations and suggestions for sighseeing, shop recommendations and more. She was available through WhatsApp even during her off-duty hours, if required.

Helen and Hoan were very accommodating and helpful ⭐️ we were able to check in earlier and also they gave us great recommendations for food. you can also contact the reception through whatsapp so it’s very convenient. the hotel is located at a very good location where everything is just a walking distance. I highly recommend the place!

Everything was amazing. Personels were very friendly. There was a girl in reception with glasses, i thank to her especially. Location is very good, middle of everything. My room had lake view, i loved it.

The view of the lake is beautiful. Lovely staff members who spoke English really well. Good value for money and in the middle of the hustle and bustle of city life. Would recommend having the hotel organise the ride to and from the airport as it is in a very busy district.

The breakfast was exceptional. The best location in Old Quarter, close to all the tourist attractions and shopping places around the Hoan Kiem lake. This hotel takes customers' opinions very seriously and will go all out to meet their expectations. Thanks Helen and her team for the excellent service. Though we didn't take up your offer of a larger room, we did appreciate your thought and offer.

The location is great. Breakfast was good. Very helpful staff; especially Helen at the front desk was extremely helpful in arranging all the tours and transfers. Thanks to Emma and David too for the wonderful service. We are very satisfied and would recommend this hotel.
