Loved the breakfasts served on the 6th floor with views over the city and a terrific range of options. The staff were amazing, the rooms were clean and well laid out and the bathrooms were the best we encountered in Vietnam!

Amazing buzzing location with so many great food options, and local markets. Super kind, helpful and friendly staff, made us so welcome and offered many great suggestions on things to explore. Daniel and the whole Marvellous team really are exceptional people to meet.

Hotel staff excellent very very good and helpful the rooms lack space for suitcases and little cupboard space in all hotel only four coat hangers never really unpacked because of that,no decent bread for Europeans despite croissant like bloating paper otherwise good choice

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were wonderful. The location was very central (short walk to train Street). The breakfast was friendly with a good selection. We recommend the hotel in Hanoi.

Very friendly staff who are happy to help with places to go , restaurant suggestions, booking trips . The situation of the hotel is very central in the Old Quarter , making it easy to walk to explore Hanoi. Bedrooms clean with comfy beds . Delicious breakfast .,
