Great breakfast, staff remembered us from last time .. they couldn’t be more helpful storing bags etc and organising things . Great double walled balcony doors that shut out the horns of Hanoi at night. Great idea.

Executive Room was an excellent size providing plenty of space. The room provided everything we needed for our stay, was quiet, had a balcony view and was well placed to get around the city by foot. Staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. All amenities were provided and we were very comfortable staying here. Breakfast included was a good variety and tasty

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at L’Heritage Hotel Hanoi. The rooms were spacious, very clean and comfortable with good soundproofing. The breakfast was excellent. Great location within the in the Old Quarter. We walked almost everywhere from there. The service from all staff was outstanding. Ms My organised our airport transfer and transfers to and from Ninh Binh. The street food tour she organised was wonderful! Thank you Ms My, Peter and Jollie and to all the staff, you made our stay so enjoyable.

The room was small but comfortable and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the dining room/restaurant has a great view over the city. The hotel is well located for access to many restaurants and cafes. The hotel helped arrange a limo bus to take us to Ha Long Bay the next morning, which worked out well until we got there and the driver didn’t know where to drop us

Breakfast was very good. Many varieties of food available. Had hard boiled eggs and prepared omelets as well on request. Location was excellent at 10mins walk from the famous Train Street and close to the main market area. The tour desk services was excellent also. The manager in charge of tour desk arranged the entire tours for us in Hanoi, Da Nang and HCM. The staff at reception desk were very kind and efficient.

We stayed (family of 5), 2 nights at this very nice hotel in the center of Hanoi Old Quarter. The hotel is very clean and the staff very accommodating. We stayed at 2 inter-connecting rooms which were spacious. A nice, adequate breakfast was served on the top floor with a view of the Old Quarter’s building tops. This is not the hotel’s fault as with anyone who visited Hanoi’s Old Quarter would know that all the buildings are crammed and only have 1-2 sides of the building facing the street or the back. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi’s Old Quarter.
