We booked the suite (801?) and got a higher floor. It was spacious with a terrace and a good view of the Hanoi skyline. The breakfast had a good spread, but it was tough for vegetarians. Bread and fruits and jams will do the trick

Located very near to lake Ho Hoan Kiem, this hotel offers a great location with beautiful French architecture. Everything, from Beer street to train street to many other tourist spots are at a walkable distance. Rooms are spacious and ours had an attached balcony. One key highlight point will be there breakfast, it is just delicious! They also guided us for the city tour and helped us plan our Ninh Binh tour. Mr. James was really helpful with all this and thanks to him. Overall, a very pleasant stay and highly recommended.

the hotel is located in the old part of Hanoi in a quiet street. Everything is nearby, the staff is friendly and accommodating, the rooms could be cleaner.

The location is great. Good buffet breakfast: hot meals, fruit, salad, pastry. Rooms are small but with comfortable beds and very clean. Hotel has tour desk, we used to organise a couple activities, enjoyed all of them.
