Ideally located, at the border between the Old and French Quarters, neighboring the Ho Han Kiem lake (which is at the crossroads of places to visit). In short, you are super close to the city centre, within 5 mins walking distance, while not suffering from the noise and traffic of infill hotels. The staff is very helpful and the commodities are efficient, good price for quality. We had two non consecutive stays in Hanoi, and booked this hotel twice, as we were happy with our first stay. Overall, a super enjoyable stay, highly recommend!

Location was brilliant. Was easy to access old quarter, and grab/tour pickups were just outside. The breakfast was good and made to order, and service was prompt. Amenities, such as tea and coffee, a kettle, & water, were provided.

Our stay here was lovely! The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Location is great, close to everything. Even got a cake for my birthday which was so cute. We loved our stay and would stay again! :)

Everything was great!!! Super decor, good breakfast, best location. Close to everything. Despite the fact that the hotel is in the very center of the old town, we had a room where you couldn't hear the hustle and bustle from the street. And most importantly!!! the staff is very nice, very helpful!! the hotel manager Jackie Le is just gold!!!! a wonderful person, he helped us all, organized what we asked for and everything was at a high standard!!! we trusted him with everything!! I recommend this place to everyone!!! we got there great!!!

Exceptional service from the manager and all staff. Very helpful with any inquiries and were great at suggestions. Location was excellent. Many options for breakfast, and all that I tried were very good. Room with small balcony served me well for my 5 night stay. Will be back in Hanoi in a few days, I’m already rebooked !

Excellent service, attention to details from the staff. Jackie has organized everything for us including a great trip to Ninh Binh. He has lots of experience and shown great flexibility and helped us beyond his tasks when we had visa problems.
