Super friendly staff from reception to catering staff for breakfast. We felt comfortable straight away when we arrived early morning. They offered even coffee and breakfast to us Fantastic location in the old quarter we walked everywhere. Easy car ride from the airport about 40 minutes. Great laundry service. Decor a bit dated but super clean and we had a big room. Would recommend for Hanoi stay.

We loved our balcony room. Large. Clean. Noisy, but of course it is above the street so what do you expect. 😉 Great location. Shops and food and cafés near it. Lovely bed. Comfortable and spacious.

Location, location, location! The restaurant directly in front of hotel across the road serves food to die for! Just that alone is worth the stay. See the photos of the squid and the prawn salad.
