I love the location of the hotel.It was so affordable and the staffs are very friendly and welcoming.Keep up the good work.Highly recommend to stay here as you will feel like home the moment you step into this hotel.There is also a massage centre here so you don't have to look far.

You get to be in the heart of the old quarter. Great location. The staff is amazingly helpful. They have helped me with buses, tours, attractions... Even after leaving the hotel they still help you.

They recommended a trip for the last three days of our three-week journey. It was a lovely experience. We even visited families and felt very welcomed. The night at the Green Garden Hotel was fantastic – a beautiful resort with a pool and a view of the valley that captivated me.

Lovely staff that were super helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location is honestly incredible, right in the old quarter and everything you need just a few minutes walk away. This was my first night in Hanoi and I was very pleasantly surprised! Additionally, I booked another room after doing a Halong Bay tour (that they organised for me) and unfortunately they were overbooked, so the staff upgraded me to a different 4* hotel for the same price - very pleased!
